Traditional Boneless Wings – Tender pieces of marinated chicken breast, these wings are deep-fried (not smoked) and tossed in your choice of sauce. 14.95

Smoked Wings – Marinated in our house brine and smoked, it’s almost a shame to add anything more. If you must, choose your sauce and we will hand toss them for you. 14.95

Choices of sauce include: Parmesan Garlic, Teriyaki, Cherry Chipotle BBQ, Asian Ginger, Firehouse Bourbon BBQ, Italian Rubbed, “Da Border” Sauce, and Sea Salt & Vinegar.

Mushroom Caps – Stuffed with our own unique breading then topped with a four-cheese blend and baked. 11.95

Bluegill Sliders – Three bluegill filets lightly breaded and fried, served on a potato roll with lettuce and homemade tartar sauce. 16.95

Potato Croquettes – Norwegian style potato pancakes served with orchard apples and sour cream. 12.95

Trail “Droppings” – Wisconsin cheese curds breaded and deep-fried. Served with a robust marinara sauce. 11.95

Steelhead Salad – Marinated pieces of steelhead are marinated in olive oil, minced garlic, and our house seasoning, quickly seared, then served on fresh greens with cucumber, cherry tomatoes, shredded carrots, diced bell peppers, and shredded parmesan cheese. 16.95

Classic Caesar Salad – Torn romaine hearts tossed with house made anchovy Caesar dressing, brick-fire croutons, and grated parmesan cheese. 10.95

Whiskey Cowboy – Pheasant breast meat and rendered bacon are sautéed and flamed with whiskey, then reduced with a combination of the chef’s final ingredients to create our version of a hot whiskey and bacon dressing. This is served over a bed of fresh garden greens paired with cucumber, carrot, and cherry tomato, then topped with grated parmesan cheese, sun-dried cranberries, and walnuts. 18.95


All of our burgers are half pound, custom ground to our chef’s specifications, and hand-pattied fresh daily. Served to your desired wellness, you will be hard pressed to find a better burger!  Choice of side options: soup of the day, side salad, steak fries, baked potato, cottage cheese, sweet potato fries, brisket baked beans (+2), side Caesar salad (+2), or garlic parmesan fries (+2).  (loaded baked potato also available after 4pm (+3)).

The Impossible Burger – How can this even be a thing? If it is truly what you are into, we won’t judge. We will however offer what we feel is one of the best black bean burgers around. Served with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle spear, and spicy red pepper aioli. 11.95

Texas Smokestack Burger – Topped with our house smoked brisket tossed in our cranberry chipotle BBQ sauce, and crispy buttermilk onion straws. 16.95

Toivo Burger – A venison burger wrapped in duck bacon…need we go any further? Paired with Eino’s Aioli on a brioche bun with lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickle spear. 17.95

Gogebic Burger – Served with lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickle spear.. 13.95

Walleye Sandwich – A walleye filet pan-fried and served on a hearty ciabatta roll with lettuce, house tarter, and pickle spear. 17.95

Forager’s Burger – A sautéed wild mushroom blend of porcini, Chanterelle, and oyster mushrooms, then paired with an herbed cream cheese. 15.95

Vandy’s Popper Burger – Topped with bacon, Wisconsin cheese curds, jalapenos, thimbleberry jam, and pepperjack cheese. 16.95

Smoked Brisket Dip – What can we say? This is a classic elevated to a whole new level. Smoked brisket topped with provolone cheese on a hearty ciabatta roll. We also offer sautéed onions, sautéed mushrooms, sautéed wild mushrooms, or sautéed bell peppers each for a slight upcharge, but well worth it! 17.95

Cranberry Chipotle BBQ Duck Stacker – Seared duck breast tenderloins are first accented with sesame seed oil, then finished with our classic cranberry chipotle BBQ sauce. Served on grilled sourdough bread with greens, tomatoes, red onion, and pickle spear. 16.95



Unless otherwise noted, dinner entrees are served with choice of a cup of soup of the day or side salad and one additional side which include, steak fries, baked potato, cottage cheese, sweet potato fries, brisket baked beans (+2), side Caesar (+2), garlic parmesan fries (+2), loaded baked potato (+3).

Chicken Parmesan – Breaded chicken filet topped with Provolone cheese, resting over fettuccine pasta, topped with a classic Italian marinara and shredded Parmesan cheese. 23.95

Seafood Pomodoro – Jumbo gulf shrimp and sea scallops are sauteed with garlic, butter, wine, garden herbs, and stewed tomatoes to create a delightful pomodoro sauce.  Served over angel hair pasta with fresh chives and shredded parmesan cheese.  27.95

Smoked Duck & Wild Mushroom Marsala – We first take our duck breast and smoke it in our smoker. It is then paired with a blend of sautéed wild mushrooms and ramps before we finish it with a Marsala wine sauce, all served over angel hair pasta. 27.95


From the Lakes

Pan-Fried Walleye – A Northwoods tradition, our walleye filet is breaded with a special blend of garlic, seasonings, and breadcrumbs known as persillade, then pan-fried to a golden crust. Served with our house made tartar sauce. This is a true North Shore tradition.  26.95

Parmesan Whitefish – A Great Lakes whitefish filet broiled in white wine with our house ramp butter, topped with stewed tomatoes and crusted Parmesan cheese. 24.95

Pan-Seared Steelhead – Marinated in olive oil, garlic, and house seasonings, this steelhead filet is quickly pan-seared to lock in all those wonderful juices for an optimally moist and tender offering. 27.95

West Shore Panfish – A whole school of panfish filets lightly breaded and fried, served with our house-made tartar sauce and coleslaw.  23.95

Off the Grill,

Ribeye – Hand-cut to order, perfect marbling, seasoned to perfection and grilled to your desired wellness…this ribeye simply needs nothing else! 12-ounce 34.95  16-ounce 41.95

Filet Mignon – This is the most tender cut of all and certain to melt in your mouth. Seasoned and grilled to your desired wellness. Petite 5-ounce 35.95  8-ounce 42.95

Top Sirloin – This is the most flavorful steak on the menu. Perfectly seasoned and grilled to your desired wellness. 6-ounce 24.95  10-ounce 28.95

Because We’re Smokin’  (After 4pm)

Smoked Ribs (Thursday Nights) – Hand-rubbed with our award winning blend of seasonings, these ribs are smoked in our commercial smoker, then finished to order with your choice of BBQ sauce. Served with 2 side options. BBQ sauce options include: Cherry Chipotle or Firehouse Bourbon. Half rack 25.95 Full rack 31.95

Brisket Platter (Saturday Nights) – Smoked no less than 12 hours with our own custom wood blend and seasonings, “the ring” tells the ultimate tale. Simply a perfectly balanced crust while maintaining a tenderness you can cut with a fork. Our brisket is award winning, never duplicated, and quite frankly, second to none. 8-ounce platter 26.95 or 12-ounce platter 34.95


West Shore Traditions (After 4pm)

Perch Fry (Friday Nights) – No foreign substitutes here, only Michigan Great Lakes perch on this menu.  Lightly breaded and fried, 6 ounces of perch paired with our house made tartar sauce and coleslaw.  23.95
