So, what is Northwoods Cuisine? Well, it is a collaboration of recipes built on quality products. It is a passion to create food that resonates within our souls. It is a desire to live sustainably from the resources offered us from the environments that surround us. We elevate our cuisine with a specific emphasis to foods synonymous within the entire Great Lakes Region. We hunt, we fish, we gather... and from that bounty we create the most elegant fare.
